SRINATH AI is provided for lawful business and professional use. You agree to use the platform responsibly, maintain account security, and avoid activities that impact service reliability or violate applicable laws.

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use paid services.
• You are responsible for all actions taken through your account credentials.
• You may not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to SRINATH AI systems.
• You agree not to use the service to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
• We may suspend access if usage patterns create security risks, legal exposure, or operational abuse.

Certain features of SRINATH AI are offered through recurring subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment provider to charge applicable fees according to the selected plan.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance based on monthly or annual billing cycles.
• Unless canceled before renewal, plans automatically renew at the then-current rate.
• Taxes, duties, and local levies may apply and are your responsibility where required by law.
• Failed, disputed, or reversed payments may result in account limitations or suspension.
• Where not required by law, paid fees are non-refundable, including partial billing periods.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SRINATH AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the service for internal business purposes.

• The license does not transfer ownership of SRINATH AI software, models, or platform infrastructure.
• You may not sublicense, resell, lease, or commercially redistribute access without written authorization.
• You may not copy, modify, decompile, or create derivative works of protected software components.
• API access, if provided, must follow documented limits, authentication rules, and acceptable use standards.
• License rights end immediately upon termination of your account or breach of these Terms.

SRINATH AI and its related content, trademarks, interfaces, and technology are owned by SRINATH AI or its licensors and are protected under intellectual property laws.

• All platform branding, logos, software logic, and proprietary workflows remain our exclusive property.
• You retain rights to your original inputs and content, subject to rights needed for service operation.
• You grant SRINATH AI a limited license to process submitted data solely to provide and improve the service.
• You must not remove proprietary notices, copyright labels, or attribution markers from platform materials.
• Claims of infringement should be submitted with sufficient detail for legal review and response.

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. SRINATH AI may suspend or terminate access if terms are violated or legal/operational risks are identified.

• Upon termination, your right to access paid and restricted features will end.
• We may retain records where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
• You are responsible for exporting necessary data before account closure where tools are provided.
• Outstanding payment obligations survive cancellation or account suspension.
• Sections that reasonably should survive termination remain enforceable after access ends.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SRINATH AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

• Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis, without warranties beyond those required by law.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, absolute accuracy, or complete error-free operation at all times.
• SRINATH AI is not responsible for losses caused by third-party tools, integrations, or provider outages.
• Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the service in the preceding period, where permitted.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the applicable laws of the competent jurisdiction designated by SRINATH AI, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

• Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith discussion with our legal team.
• If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to courts or forums with proper legal authority.
• You consent to jurisdiction and venue as set forth by applicable law and these Terms.
• If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
• Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
